1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Time Frame: Returns must be requested within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Condition: The product must be unused, in the original condition, and in its original packaging (if applicable).
- Receipt/Proof of Purchase: You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase to initiate the return process.
- Exclusions: Certain items, such as custom-made or personalized furniture, final sale items, or clearance products, are not eligible for return. Please verify the item’s eligibility before purchase.
2. How to Return an Item
If you wish to return an item, follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team via email at info@directrapic.net or call us at (337) 404-7199. Please provide your order number, a description of the item, and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, we will provide you with return authorization and instructions on how to proceed. If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label (for eligible returns) or further instructions on how to return the product.
- Pack the Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging or a suitable box to ensure it is not damaged during transit.
- Ship the Item Back: Ship the item to the address we provide. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds and Exchanges
- Refunds: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for another, please contact our customer service team to initiate the exchange. We will guide you through the process and ensure you get the replacement product promptly. The new item will be shipped after we receive the returned item.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a return or replacement at no cost to you. To expedite the process, please provide photos of the damage or defect and a description of the issue.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or personalized furniture
- Final sale items or clearance products
- Gift cards
- Bedding and mattresses (if opened)
6. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order before it has shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. We will attempt to cancel the order, but if the item has already been shipped, you will need to follow our standard return process once it arrives.
7. Shipping Charges
- Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping is generally the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged, defective, or an error was made by Directrapic.
- Restocking Fees: A 10% restocking fee may be applied to returns for reasons other than damaged or defective items.
- Original Shipping Fees: If your return is due to a defect, damage, or error on our part, you will not be responsible for return shipping fees.
