  • In-Store Orders: Customers are welcome to visit our store located at 115 Palmetto Ct, Leesville, LA 71459, to view and purchase items directly. Our knowledgeable staff will be happy to assist you in selecting the perfect furniture pieces.

2. Product Availability

  • Stock Availability: We strive to maintain accurate inventory levels on our website and in-store. However, due to high demand or unforeseen circumstances, some products may not be immediately available. If a product is out of stock, we will notify you promptly and offer alternative solutions, such as a backorder or a similar product.
  • Custom Orders: For custom or made-to-order furniture, we will provide you with an estimated delivery date and will keep you informed of any delays during the manufacturing process.

3. Pricing

  • Price Accuracy: Prices listed on our website and in-store are accurate at the time of publication. However, prices may change due to various factors, such as promotions, sales events, or adjustments in cost. We make every effort to ensure that our prices are competitive and transparent.
  • Sales and Discounts: Any sales or promotional discounts offered by Directrapic will be clearly indicated on our website or in-store. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.
