  • Within the United States: We deliver to all locations within the U.S.
  • International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Order Processing Time

  • In-Stock Items: Products in stock are typically processed and shipped within 5–7 business days.
  • Pre-Order or Custom Items: For made-to-order or custom products, processing times may be longer. We will provide an estimated delivery timeframe when you place your order.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the item. The shipping cost will be clearly displayed at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and shipping details. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

5. Special Delivery Services

  • Standard Delivery: Most orders are shipped via standard delivery services.
  • White-Glove Delivery: For larger furniture items, we offer a white-glove delivery service that includes assembly and placement of the product in your desired location.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
